NOTE: When filling-in this form please be sure to check and make sure that the contact details are correct as if there is a mistake, (especially in the email address), we will have no way of replying to your request.

You can pay for the voucher by cheque or money order, (click here for our postal address), or by credit over the phone. To do so, call us on +61 08 8389 3195. If you give us your telephone number we are, of course, more than happy to call you.

Alternatively you can email or fax your credit card details on (+61) 8389 3220. If you wish to do this we recommend you do so in two seperate faxes or emails in order to keep your details as safe as possible.

** Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. As ballooning is very weather dependant, the flight may or may not happen on the first time you attempt to fly. If the flight is cancelled due to unsuitable flying conditions a rebook must be made. Gift vouchers are non refundable.
